The terms of service

1.interphone host 12 months warranty (battery, charger, annex) warranty for 6 months.


2. by the Audio Supplies Company Limited or the authorized dealer Henglida telecommunication seal and fill in the original purchase invoice complete warranty card or valid identification certificates as the warranty period.


3. as for the following reasons, will not enjoy the warranty treatment:


1) beyond the warranty period of validity;


2) warranty card has altered trace or does not match with the product;


3) the defect or damage caused by using the product of non normal and abnormal conditions;


4) by accident, misuse, water, caused by the negligence of the defect or damage;


5) defects or damage caused by incorrect test, operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment;


6) by the defect or damage caused no authorized maintenance and disassembly etc.;


7) can not be defects or damage resistance factors;


8) rechargeable battery the following conditions:


A. battery shell sealing any breakage or by any unsealed phenomenon;


B. products on the provisions of equipment or maintain the conditions for charging or caused by the use of defective or damaged;


9) wear under normal use.
